Application for Individual Business Coaching Services

 

COMMITMENTS:   

Our Commitments:

1. To provide a valuable service to you.

2. To identify the vital areas of your business and life, and to create specific goals within the future towards which you are working. 

3. To design results based Action Plans to fulfill on your business and personal goals

4. To design Action Plans, a Results Management System,  and a Balanced Living Timeline, creating a structure for growth, success and fulfillment.

5. To be in communication on a regular basis as determined by your Coaching Plan

 
Your Commitments:

1. To be willing to take actions consistent with having your business be successful, and live the life of your dreams!

2. To stay in communication on a regular basis as determined by your Coaching Plan

3. To provide prompt feedback on results produced: what is working, what isn’t working, and to listen for what could be added to achieve the results necessary to reach your goals.

4. To have integrity in our agreement: do what you say you will do, when you said you would do it. 

5. To work within this agreement for a period of at least six months.

Coaching services include a monthly PowerPlan Design session, weekly coaching calls, membership in the Coaching Club, and a weekly group conference call.   

 

INCENTIVE PROGRAM:  
Empowered Enterprises offers 10% referral fee for any client you refer to us.  (Payable on the fifteenth of the month following client’s payment.) If you apply the fee toward Empowered Enterprises’ services, we will increase it to 20%. 

 

PAYMENT TERMS:  
Our terms are net due upon receipt of invoice. No coaching services will be provided until payment in full of the balance due is received.
